Executive Operations & Strategy Intern
About the Role
We're looking for an Executive Operations & Strategy Intern who wants to work at the center of a fast-moving startup — not just observing, but actively enabling the C-Suite to move faster and smarter.
You'll take ownership of making sure every meeting, pitch, and stakeholder interaction is prepared, structured, and followed through. This means dealing with incomplete information, shifting priorities, and tight timelines where clarity is your job to create.
You'll work closely with the C-Suite and team leads to build the systems, materials, and context that keep the whole company aligned. Your work won't sit in a folder. It will be used in real meetings, real pitches, and real decisions.
If you're someone who enjoys bringing order to chaos, communicating clearly under pressure, and making things happen without being asked twice — this role will push you in the right ways.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain pitch decks for investor, partner, and client meetings
Prepare pre-meeting briefs (context, attendees, objectives, talking points) before every C-Suite meeting
Create call artifacts and post-meeting summaries
Manage and organize shared context systems so the whole team is aligned
Research counterparts, companies, and opportunities ahead of key meetings
Track action items and follow-ups from leadership meetings
Draft internal communications, memos, and reports
Support OKR and goal tracking across teams
Maintain the company's knowledge base and documentation
Coordinate cross-functional projects and flag blockers to leadership
What We're Looking For
Strong written communication and storytelling ability
Detail-oriented and proactive — anticipates what's needed before being asked
Quick adaptation learner — able to pick up new tools, contexts, and priorities fast
Must be able to leverage the latest AI tools to get things done smarter and faster
Background in business, communications, or strategy
Startup-curious, fast learner, thrives in ambiguity
Founding Mindset
You think in terms of outcomes, not tasks
You ask "what does leadership need to walk in prepared?" before every meeting
You take ownership of clarity — if context is missing, you find it
You balance thoroughness with speed
You proactively flag misalignment instead of waiting for it to become a problem
Bonus
Experience supporting high performance startup founders
Familiarity with project management or ops tools (Notion, Linear, Asana, etc.)
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
Able to vibe code — can use AI-assisted coding tools to build quick solutions without a formal engineering background
What Success Looks Like Within 4–6 weeks, you should be able to:
Own the pre-meeting preparation process for C-Suite meetings end-to-end
Produce pitch decks and briefs with minimal direction
Build a shared context system the team actually uses
Reduce information gaps that slow down decision-making
What You'll Get
Direct exposure to C-Suite decision-making and strategy
Hands-on experience building real business materials under real constraints
A portfolio of work that shipped — not just drafts
A strong foundation for roles in operations, strategy, or chief of staff tracks
Work directly with the founder and get a front-row seat to how a startup is built
An opportunity to speed up your entrepreneurial journey
Who This Is Not For
If you wait to be told exactly what to do
If you're uncomfortable with ambiguity or shifting priorities
If you prefer structured, low-stakes environments
If you're looking for a low-intensity internship
Who Will Thrive Here
Operators who find clarity in chaos
People who communicate proactively and concisely
High-agency individuals who take ownership without being asked
Anyone who gets satisfaction from making a leader's day run smoother

- Fully Remote
