GTM Strategy Lead
About the Role
We're looking for a GTM Strategy Lead who can turn founder vision into structured commercial execution — not just build decks and track leads.
You'll own the full commercial motion at VALSEA: from identifying and converting pilots into paying contracts, to shaping our GTM strategy across Southeast Asia. This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with the founding team to define how we go to market, who we target, and how we win.
You'll collaborate closely with the Founder and product teams to ensure our commercial strategy is grounded in market reality and moves fast. Your work will directly impact our first revenue, investor story, and regional expansion.

What You Will Do
Identify and acquire new pilots across SEA markets
Drive pilot-to-paid conversion across target accounts
Design and execute SEA GTM strategy including segments, entry points and personas
Own the enterprise sales pipeline end-to-end
Define pricing, packaging and commercial terms
Build partnership and channel development strategies
Lead investor sourcing and outreach
Support fundraising including data room, pitch materials and due diligence
Prepare board and investor reporting
Identify and pursue Singapore grants and schemes
Transform founder ideas into structured execution steps
Design and implement GTM and commercial strategy
What We're Looking For
Experience working in startups — you've built commercial motions from scratch
Ability to translate founder vision into actionable execution plans
Strong understanding of B2B enterprise sales cycles
Comfortable owning both strategy and hands-on execution
Experience across SEA markets — you understand the regional landscape
Strong communicator — able to engage investors, clients and partners equally well

What Success Looks Like Within 4–6 weeks, you should be able to:
Have a clear view of the existing pilot accounts and conversion status
Identify 3–5 new pilot opportunities in the pipeline
Present a structured SEA GTM plan to the founding team
Establish a repeatable outreach and follow-up process
