About the Role

This is not an admin role.

You will be the right hand of our CEO — helping her stay organised, move faster, and focus on what matters most. You will be trusted with real responsibilities from day one and exposed to everything that goes into building a speech intelligence company from the ground up.

If you are sharp, reliable, and take pride in making things happen quietly behind the scenes — this role is for you.

What You Will Do

• Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings and travel arrangements

• Prepare and organise meeting notes, action items and follow-ups

• Assist in preparing decks, documents and materials for investors and clients

• Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO

• Track key tasks and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

• Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders

• Research and compile information quickly when needed

• Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks

Who You Are

• Diploma or degree holder — fresh grad or up to 2 years of experience

• Extremely organised with strong attention to detail

• Proactive — you anticipate needs before being asked

• Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information

• Strong written and verbal communication in English

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

• Based in Singapore
