Noel Delos Santos is a startup and business partnerships professional with a background in banking, consulting, and early-stage ventures across Southeast Asia. Born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and raised in the Philippines, Noel has spent his career working closely with founders, executives, and investors to help companies grow through strategic partnerships, capital, and technology.

He started his first business at the age of 19, which shaped his interest in entrepreneurship and innovation early on. Since then, he has worked with a startup and several of the top-performing banks in the Philippines, where he focused on corporate relationships, deal structuring, and growth strategy for high-potential companies. His work centers on helping businesses scale by combining financial insight, operational understanding, and strong founder relationships.

Noel is particularly interested in AI, logistics, fintech, and emerging market startups, and has been involved in projects connecting technology companies, enterprises, and investors across the region.

He holds a Master’s in Technopreneurship and Innovation from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities with a Professional Certificate in Management from the University of Asia & the Pacific.
